Monday
Link: Special Moves
The special moves available to anyone who fights as Link should come as no surprise to fans of Melee and the original Smash Bros. Brawl's Link moves are essentially the same as his Melee predecessor: Bombs, Boomerang, Bow and Spin Attack.
The only major difference is that, since Link is based on his Twilight Princess iteration, the boomerang is now the Gale Boomerang, pulling the enemy towards you slightly as the boomerang returns.
Aside from this, the aesthetics hold the only change to Link's moves. Bombs now appear to be made out of patches of metal, just like those made by Barnes, and the hookshot has been replaced by the clawshot. The blog also promises that the clawshot will be much easier to aim, if only to allow players to use the new tether recovery.

Tuesday
The Subspace Army
The plot thickens. A new video clip on the site continues the story of the Subspace Army, the enemies in Brawl's Adventure mode. Led by the Ancient Minister, their objective is to tear their world apart with subspace bombs. As you do.
The subspace bombs are operated by Robotic Operating Buddies, which should be a blast from the past for NES owners. If it goes off, the stadium becomes engulfed in a large purple cloud and that section of the world is sucked into subspace.
While the post's claim that this "is a new, never-before-seen form of aggression" sounds a little overoptimistic, the final sentence - "Everyone, everywhere, is beginning to move against it" - presumably sums up the plot. Every Nintendo character will be fighting to prevent the subspace bombs from detonating to save the collective world of Nintendo.

Diddy Kong
Like him or loathe him, you're going to have to put up with Diddy Kong's chirpy mug when Brawl hits shelves. While his physical moves aren't known yet, the site reveals that he will have use of both his Rocketbarrel Boost (read: Jet Pack) and Peanut Popguns (read: Dual Pistols).
If you're a Diddy fan, this'll be right up your street. If not, you're going to love knocking seven bloody bells out of him!

Thursday
Yoshi: Final Smash
Grabbing the elusive Smash Ball as Yoshi will cause wings to sprout from his back and grant him the ability to breathe fire, thus offering more ammunition to followers of the 'Yoshi is a dragon, NOT a dinosaur' theory.
The wings are somewhat reminiscent of those seen on X-Men's Angel and allow Yoshi to fly for a limited time, and the firebreath can either be used in a constant stream or bursts of fireballs.
Personally, this just reminds me of the cheesy Super Mario World cartoon where Yoshi and Luigi sprouted wings after eating too many Koopa Burgers. What was that all about, eh?
Animal Crossing: Go K.K.Rider
New music is now available on the site. The background music for Smashville, modelled on Animal Crossing's villages, is essentially a rearranged tune with K.K.Rider croaking over the top of it. Not the most dramatic music, but great for fans of the real-time series.

Friday
Petey Pirahna
As well as a plot, the adventure mode will also feature boss battles. Featured at the end of Monday's video clip is Petey Pirahna, larger than ever and wielding two cages, each with a captured princess inside.
The post reports that only one princess will be saved, depending on which cage you break first, before taunting "What happens to the one you don't save?". Whie this may be marketing talk, designed to get you interested in the game's storyline, many fans will no doubt be holding out for a branching single-player mode with multiple endings. Here's hoping!
