Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 and Naruto: Path of the Ninja 2

During a conference call with the developers of Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 and Naruto: Path of the Ninja 2, Nintendo Spin was able to gain some valuable insights.

Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 (Wii):

• Original storyline set after Sasuke leaves the Leaf Village to gain more power from Orochimaru
• Original characters developN ew Modesed with feedback from the series’ creators, and focused for North American audience.
• New Modes: Tag Team mode, Survival Mode
• New gameplay mechanic: Paper Bombs (similar to grenades) added to combat. The new move takes up chakra.
• Unique special co-op attacks based on the characters used
• Faster gameplay
• The new Anbu character names are: Towa, Komachi, and Yugao.
• Can use the GameCube controller or the classic controller

Path of the Ninja 2 (Nintendo DS):

• Saturday bonus time: Earn extra bonus points playing wi-fi between 10am-4pm pst Saturdays. Get 5 points per win during that time. The points work towards unlocking characters and features.
• Collectible region cards: Earn specific collectible cards by beating players from different regions in the U.S. For example, East Coast or West Coast or Canada.The cards will be tradeable.
