Earthbound 3 Coming To GBA

Earthbound 3, previously anounced for the N64, has been in development for a very long time now. We never knew much about this game and the only time it was playable was at Nintendo’s Spaceworld a few years ago.

A compilation of both Mother 1 and 2 (that’s the name of Earthbound in Japan) had been released and in the commercial it said that Earthbound 3 would be coming soon on GBA.

If some of you remember, a few weeks earlier, there were news that the game could be coming to the DS. Since the N64 game was in 3D and that the DS is as powerful as the N64, some believed that porting the game would have been more simple then starting all over on the GBA. It has now been confirmed by magazine Nintendo Dream that the game is still coming to GBA.

While it would have been cool to see the game on the DS, at least we will now have all 3 games in the series on the same console, and maybe that Nintendo will anounce a US release for Earthbound 1 and 2 close to the release of Earthbound 3 so that each and everyone of us can get our Earthbound fix without having to pay insane amounts of money on ebay!

No official release date has been anounced, but we will be sure to bring it to you as soon as it becomes available!
