EDISON, NJ, November 18, 2004 – Majesco (OTC BB: MJSH), a provider of diversified products and content for digital entertainment platforms, today announced it has entered into a licensing agreement with the Golden Nugget, Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Under the terms of the agreement, Majesco is granted the exclusive rights to publish interactive entertainment products under the Golden Nugget brand for all current and announced video game systems, as well as wireless, plug-and-play and select online applications. The first two products, Golden Nugget Casino for Game Boy Advance and TV Arcade, Majesco's new line of plug-and-play products, are now available.
"We believe the appeal of our Golden Nugget Casino products reaches well beyond the video game enthusiast to encompass the larger, worldwide audience of gaming aficionados," said Jesse Sutton, president of Majesco. "The consumer base for interactive entertainment continues to broaden and as a result, Majesco will continue offering an increasing variety of products that appeal to it."
"We are excited to work with a video game company the caliber of Majesco," said Tom Breitling, co-owner of the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. "We believe that our partnership with them is an extension of our brand marketing."
