Resident Evil 4 Not Exclusive Anymore - News | Nintendo Spin

Even though it was supposed to be a GameCube exclusive it seems that Capcom has decided to release Resident Evil 4 on both the GC and PS2. The reason: they say many of their fans that are owners of consoles other than the cube wanted to experience the latest RE game and that's why they decided to go multiplatform.

The main reason is probably because they know it would sell a lot better on PS2 because of the large userbase. At least we know we will be getting the game earlier and that we will also have the best version. Looks like it's still gonna be exclusive, but only for a few months!
