In a move that surely won't shock anyone, Atari as anounced that they will release 2 more Matrix games. One of them will be released this generation, while the other is planned to hit next-generation videogame systems.
Atari's CEO Bruno Bonnell first talked about it, and it was later confirmed directly by Atari. But what is really interesting is that no game deveopers were mentionned, which means that the game could be in development by someone else than Shiny Entertainment.
Enter the Matrix has sold incredibly well since it's release even though it received bad reviews from the gaming press. Even though people weren't as impressed with the sequels to the first Matrix movie, there are still legions of fans out there who would probably buy more Matrix games.
